It works fine when I’m in the city, but once I’m closer to my town the coverage gets really spotty. I’ve had to use other options more than once, and that’s made me lose trust in it. It’s hard to rely on something when you’re never sure if it’ll actually work where you need it.

My Roadie driver was great, polite, right on time, and careful with my stuff. He kept me updated along the way without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. Even my brother was impressed with how smooth the whole thing went. Simple, easy experience and no complaints from me

I’ve used Roadie a few times it gets the job done. When it’s convenient, I’m like, okay, this is actually handy. But then I’ll check the price another time and suddenly I’m annoyed because it feels way too high for what it is. So yeah, I still use it when it makes sense, but I really wish the pricing felt more consistent.

Overall, my experience was decent, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The only downside was that the payment took longer to come through than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would definitely be better if the process was a bit quicker.

Roadie was flexible with scheduling, which I appreciated. I could pick a time that worked for me and didn’t feel stuck waiting around all day. I’m usually careful about planning around pickups and making sure I’m actually available before committing, so being able to choose a time that fit my schedule made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

Had a delivery issue with Roadie. Annoying at first, honestly. I figured asking for a refund was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth thing, but it didn’t. Support replied quickly, looked into it, and the refund came through faster than I expected. Not much drama. So yeah, ended up happy with how they handled it

I used Roadie to have a big dresser delivered because it wouldnt fit in my car. The extra space was definitely the best part, and the driver did have enough room for it, so that piece went fine.
The pickup time was kind of all over the place though, and the updates didnt come through very quickly. It got here in one piece, but it wasnt as smooth as I was hoping. 3 stars feels about right.
